    Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) operates a number of clinics that provide specific services. Unless otherwise noted, most of these clinics are located in the Dr. Marion J. Brooks Building at 1101 South Main Street in Fort Worth, TX 76104.

    For Her Health (Womens Health Services)

    For Her Health (FHH) offers caring services for women in our community in a supportive environment; focused on her. Services provided include breast exams, pap smears, family planning, birth control pill prescriptions, referrals and others.  FHH is committed to improving the health and well-being of all patients.

    TCPH provides a variety of vaccines for children and adults at several public health centers and clinic locations, as well as during summer back-to-school events. Immunization records can be requested by email and in person through the Vaccine Distribution Center. Allow two business days for email requests.

    Our Perinatal Hepatitis B program  can provide case management for infants born to mothers who test positive for Hepatitis B during pregnancy.  

    A separate Travel Health Services clinic is also available to provide immunizations and other services for people who plan to travel abroad.

    Preventive Health Services

    Preventive Health Services provides a comprehensive, integrated approach to the prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including HIV, throughout Tarrant County. Our Adult Health Services (AHS) performs testing, education, outreach and treatment for STDs. Our Preventive Medicine Clinic (PMC) works with adults living with HIV, offering confidential education, testing, counseling, primary medical care, treatment and case management.

    Tuberculosis Elimination

    The mission of Tarrant County Public Health and the Tuberculosis Elimination Division to prevent, control and eliminate tuberculosis among the people of Tarrant County. This clinic provides screening and treatment for tuberculosis, responds to TB occurrences, conducts ongoing educational outreach services, and operates a refugee program that provides health screening to foreign nationals settling in Tarrant County.
