    Classroom Drive

Judge De Leon is a strong proponent of public education and said that “classrooms are laboratories of learning” and, fundamentally, we all have an obligation to educate the children of our community.

Consequently, the United Educators Association of Fort Worth (UEA) recently partnered with Judge De Leon in collaborative effort to collect educational tools for teachers to be used in the classroom. The drive, lead and coordinated by the UEA, was a success resulting in almost $5,000 in gift cards and other items intended for classroom use.

Later this fall, the UEA and Judge De Leon will present proceeds to schools in Precinct 5.
