Tarrant County is requesting proposals for affordable housing to address a shortage of available units and an increase in demand resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Tarrant County Commissioners Court allocated $32.5 million to increase the number of affordable housing units for people experiencing homelessness. The first round of complete proposals will be reviewed, scored and awarded by the end of the calendar year.
Deadline for questions has been extended to Friday November 4, 2022 due to technical difficulties. Development Teams are requested to resubmit any questions pertaining to the RFP. The last day for 2022 submissions has been extended to November 11, 2022.
