    Today Public Health Reports Eight COVID-19 Related Deaths

    Jan 16 - Public Health today reports eight COVID-19 deaths. Two had unknown underlying conditions, one had no underlying conditions and the remainder had underlying health conditions. Tarrant County now has 1,833 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 136,190 people have recovered.

    1,825 Confirmed COVID-19 Deaths in Tarrant County, Public Health Reports

    Jan 15 - Public Health today reports 38 COVID-19 deaths. These deaths occurred in the last two previous months. All but four had underlying health conditions. Tarrant County now has 1,825 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 134,199 people have recovered.

    10 COVID-19 Deaths: 19,107 COVID-19 Vaccines Provided, Public Health Reports today

    Jan 14 - Public Health today reports 10 COVID-19 deaths. All but one had underlying health conditions. Tarrant County Public Health has provided 19,107 vaccinations to date at its Resource Connection and Northeast Tarrant County vaccination clinics.

    Some good news and some caution

    The good news is that WNV positive mosquito pools have recently dropped significantly. We were previously concerned with the rising numbers of positives we were finding, which was why we were considering aerial spraying. But that's not the case right now --unless positive pools start coming back strong.
