March 16, 2020 (Tarrant County, TX) -- Effective immediately, the Tarrant County Administrative Agency is operating under emergency eligibility protocols from now until May 31, 2020.

  1. Clients whose eligibility expired in January or February 2020 will have an eligibility history auto-modified in Provide Enterprise that extends eligibility through May 31, 2020. GTI will soft-delete the Eligibility History records for those clients and a new Eligibility History record for these clients with the eligibility settings the client had on 1/31/2020 and extend the eligibility for these Clients as well to 5/31/2020.
  2. Clients whose eligibility expires in March or April 2020 will have eligibility auto-extended in Provide Enterprise to May 31, 2020.
  3. Newly Diagnosed clients will be granted eligibility to all services through May 31, 2020. After May 31, the standard 30-day presumptive eligibility will apply. After May 31, 2020 clients will have the standard 30-day presumptive eligibility to complete eligibility assessments.
    • Agency staff should complete as much of an Eligibility Assessment as possible over the phone. A self-attestation form should be uploaded for all required documents. This will create an extension until May 31, 2020, after this date clients will have 30 days to complete eligibility. All progress logs entered related to Eligibility determinations should be entered with COVID-19 as the first word.
