This project rebuilt and widened Pleasant Ridge Rd. from Bowen Road to Kelly Elliot Road and also Park Springs from Pleasant Ridge Road to I-20. This project is a vital link providing alternate access to the dense retail area at I-20 and Cooper St. It should also help reduce the number of local trips utilizing I-20.
