Walter C. Woodward Collection

Summary: The following scrapbook was found in a storage cabinet with no associated information. Walter C. Woodward (1882-1940) served as Assistant Attorney General of the State of Texas and as a Democrat in the Texas Legislature in the 1920s and 1930s. His father was Jesse O. Woodward of Coleman County and his brother was Sam A. Woodward of Fort Worth. The collection is named for Woodward because tucked in front of the scrapbook is a brief biographical piece on him.
