Tarrant County Public Health Reports 28 COVID-19 Deaths

Feb. 24, 2022 - (Tarrant County) - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 28 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a man from Fort Worth exceeding 90, a woman from Mansfield exceeding 90, a man from unincorporated Tarrant County exceeding 90, a woman and a man from Grapevine exceeding 90, two women and two men from Fort Worth in their 80s, a man from Watauga in his 80s, a man from Euless in his 80s, two men from Arlington in their 80s, a man from Azle in his 80s, a man from Dalworthington Gardens in his 80s, a man from Crowley in his 80s, a man from Keller in his 80s, a woman and a man from Arlington in their 70s, a man from Benbrook in his 70s, a man from Fort Worth in his 70s, two men from Saginaw in their 70s, a man from Haltom City in his 70s, a man from River Oaks in his 60s, a man from Fort Worth in his 50s, a man from Watauga in his 40s, and a man from Euless in his 30s. All except one had underlying health conditions.

Tarrant County now has 5,590 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 527,633 people have recovered.
