    Fri Jan 21 14:19:00 CST 2022 - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 12 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a man from Fort Worth exceeding 90, a woman from Arlington in her 80s, two men from Fort Worth in their 80s, two men from Arlington in their 70s, a woman from Fort Worth in her 70s, a man from Fort Worth in his 60s, a woman from Fort Worth in her 60s, a woman from Arlington in her 60s, a woman from Watauga in her 50s, and a man from Arlington in his 40s.

    Thu Jan 20 14:07:00 CST 2022 - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 18 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a man from unincorporated Tarrant County in his 80s, a woman from Arlington in her 80s, a man from Bedford in his 80s, a woman from Fort Worth in her 80s, a woman from Azle in her 70s, a woman and two men from Fort Worth in their 70s, a woman from Mansfield in her 70s, a man and a woman from Arlington in their 60s, a woman from Hurst in her 60s, a man from Fort Worth in his 60s, a man from Grand Prairie in his 60s, a woman and a man from Arlington in their 40s, a man from Fort Worth in his 40s, and a woman from Fort Worth in her 30s. All had underlying health conditions.

    The COVID saga continues!

    Over the Thanksgiving weekend you may have heard that a new variant of COVID was identified in South Africa. Several nations, including the U.S., moved quickly to curb travel to several countries where this variant was already identified. However, and as expected, by the time we found out, the virus had already travelled. The CDC just confirmed today it’s first “known” case of the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
