This year marks 20 years that the Resource Connection of Tarrant County has been in operation. The Resource Connection is the home to 39 county and state agencies that provide assistance programs to the community. Whether it is the Health and Human Service Commission for Food Stamps or the Workforce Solutions for job searches. We are proud to be a helping hand in our Community.
In celebration of our 20 years, we have scheduled several events to include all agencies housed on our campus. We kicked off our celebration with a “Kick the Can” competition amongst agencies. We will conclude our celebration with a Resource Fair to be held Friday, October 2, 2015 to showcase the agencies on our campus. The Resource fair will include a DJ, Silent Auction, and bake off.
We are very proud of what we have accomplished and the agencies that have become a part of the our “One Stop Shop” for assistive services for the community in the last 20 years and look forward to the future.
