Tarrant County Public Health Reports 12 COVID-19 Deaths

Nov. 24, 2021 - (Tarrant County) - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 12 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a woman from North Richland Hills in her 80s, a man from Fort Worth in his 80s, a man from Grapevine in his 80s, a man from Bedford in his 70s, three women from Fort Worth in their 70s, two women from Euless in their 60s, a woman from Fort Worth in her 40s, a man from Arlington in his 40s, and a man from Keller in his 20s. All had underlying health conditions. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, the next update to the COVID-19 Dashboard will be on Monday, November 29. The next news release will also be issued on November 29.

Tarrant County now has 4,889 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 359,017 people have recovered.

COVID-19 causes respiratory illness with cough, fever and shortness of breath and may lead to bronchitis and severe pneumonia.
