    Beginning Tuesday, March 31, several Public Health clinics and WIC clinics will temporarily close to limit possible staff and client exposure to COVID-19, but others will remain open to provide needed services.

    Applications can be made by phone. Please call 817-321-5400 for WIC appointments and applications. The WIC Call Center is open from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday.

    Currently, nine WIC Locations are open for dropbox service only. Operating hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.  A list of the nine operating clinics is below:

    -Public Health's Main Campus on S. Main Street, Fort Worth
