    Methods to become a Volunteer Deputy Registrar:


    • In-person training:  In person trainings are postponed until further notice.
    • On-line training:  Tarrant County has adopted the procedure that allows a person to proceed with on-line training by reviewing the training materials and  examination questions provided by the Secretary of State website.  After review of the training material and examination questions you must appear in person at the Tarrant County Elections Administration Office, you will need to schedule your appointment.   Examination and supplies will be issued on Tuesday and Thursday between 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. by reservation (not available during holidays and election day).  Please visit our sign up tool to reserve your spot.  A potential Volunteer Deputy Registrar can use the training materials to assist them when completing the examination.  After scheduling your appointment, you must complete and bring with you the request for Appointment Form *
