Initially the summit was created to update and educate the public on the projects which would have a profound effect on commuters, businesses, customers, employees and daily lives.  It was to give a comprehensive overview of the transportation projects in the NE Tarrant County area. At the last few summits, the information has expanded to include DFW Airport, high speed rail, commuter rail, urban development and funding for these many projects. The 11th Annual NTTS event is scheduled for Friday, February 14, 2020, at the Hurst Conference Center.
