SECTION 11. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF RECORDS LIAISON OFFICERS

Records Liaison Officers shall:

  1. assist the Records Management Officer (RMO) in the development of records retention and disposition schedules.
  2. in cooperation with the Records Management Officer (RMO), coordinate and implement the policies and procedures of the records management program in their department.
  3. serve as the point of contact within their department for the dissemination of information concerning the records management program from the Records Management Officer (RMO); and disseminate information to department staff concerning the records management program.
