  • Abstracts of Title for Mitchell Baugh Survey, Original Town Plat, Block 93, Lot 4, south 75 feet. Four separate title packets, beginning with a title that covers some details of the land transactions prior to the 1876 fire that burned most County land records
  • Fort Worth and Tarrant County Land Title Office. Early abstract gives details of the beginning of the Mitchell Baugh Survey, assigned to Middleton Tate Johnson in 1852, filed in 1854, but filed again in 1881 due to the 1876 fire. Brinson and John P. Smith served as executors for the estate of Johnson. There were suits over clouded titles of his many lands for years; includes a summary of his heirs and some of their children.
  • Guaranty Abstract and Title Co. beginning with General Warranty deed from Henriette and Chris Allmendinger to Trustees of the Fort Worth Lodge No. 2144 of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows and ending with Promissory Note of $7,000 to W. R. Duffey from later trustees for the Lodge.
  • The Fort Worth and Tarrant County Abstract Company. Beginning with a Resolution from the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows Lodge No. 2144 to The Public, March 1932. Contains the deeds to the Charitable & Benevolent Association of Fort Worth, with subsequent challenges, and sale to G. A. Simpson and H. E. Hall.
  • Rattikin Title Company. Beginning with the 1940 suit: District Grand Lodge No. 25 Grand United Order of Oddfellows vs. Charity Benevolent Association Inc. Abstract closes with judgment filed 1948 decreeing Old National Life Insurance Company be denied any right, title, or interest in or to this land.
