    Summary: Donor was elected to the Texas Legislature in 1971, serving for two years. From 1974 to 1986 he served as County Judge. He also served as a State Senator from the 12th district. He served two terms as Mayor of Fort Worth, Texas, from 2003 to 2011. Moncrief is an alumnus of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Donor was County Judge when the "1895" Courthouse was restored. His donation is a colorful documentation of that project.
