    Summary:  The donor is a grandson of John Nathan Autrey, son of James A. and Christianity L. Autrey. The collection includes a family history and a wedding photograph of James A. Autrey and bride Christianity L. in 1848. The wedding occurred in South Carolina and the couple later moved to Tarrant County. Her name was listed in 1900 as Christiana, and in 1910 census as Chicky. James A. Autrey was born in South Carolina in 1828. He moved to Tarrant County, Texas, where he was a landowner in the Smithfield area as was his brother Rayford.
