Defendants released on personal bond under Pretrial Services supervision are required to attend all scheduled court settings. You will be notified by mail of all court settings at least 10 days prior to your court date. In addition, you will receive a phone reminder at least 2-3 days prior to your court date. If you have not received a court notice within 30 days of your release, call the Pretrial Services Office to inquire about your case.
All Court Hearings are held in the TIM CURRY CRIMINAL JUSTICE CENTER which is located directly across the street from the Pretrial Services Office.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Failure to make all scheduled court hearings is a violation of your bond. If you fail to appear, your bond may be forfeited and a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
You are also required to hire an attorney to appear with you. If you are indigent and unable to hire an attorney, you may be eligible for a court-appointed attorney. Please contact the Office of Attorney Appointments. There is an application process to determine if you qualify for a court-appointed attorney.
Be sure to contact your attorney 1-2 days before your court hearing.
