    1 Can the court be contacted by email or fax? The Court may not be contacted by fax without the prior permission of the Court. Emails will only be accepted by the court coordinator and the court reporter. Emails to the judges will not be read or acknowledged unless requested by and expected by the judges.
    2 What is your preferred procedure for contacting the court or court staff regarding the status of motions? To check on the status of a motion, attorneys should contact Cheryl Lopez, the court coordinator, by email or at 817-884-1587.
