    Question Answer
Can other people come in and watch a trial?

Absolutely.  Residents of Tarrant County are welcome to come in and watch court proceedings.

The exception would be if that person is a potential witness in the case being tried.  In most cases, those individuals are not allowed in the courtroom except when they are testifying before the court and during jury arguments after all the testimony has been given.

How long does a trial take? Most misdemeanor trials take one to two days.
How many jurors sit on a misdemeanor jury? Six jurors will be selected to sit on a misdemeanor jury panel.
