    Secure Access for Attorneys

    The Tarrant County Clerk’s Office is now offering attorneys remote access to their civil and probate case files. This service will allow the attorney of record to view and print all (see exceptions below) documents on their cases. Subscription to the service is $100 annually and a one-time setup up fee of $50. You can subscribe using the form Secure Attorney Access Form below. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted via email within 48 business hours to let you know your account has been activated.

     

    Please note- In order to view and print documents the following must apply:

    ·        You must be the current attorney of record

    ·        You must have an email address

    ·        Sealed cases and sealed documents or non-public images are not available
