    About our Deputies

Our deputies have an average of 20 years of experience.  They all come from large established departments and diverse backgrounds, ranging from fugitive warrants, narcotics, patrol supervisors and theft detectives.  This makes our office a well-balanced department.  Most of our deputies are Master Peace Officers -- including Chief Fred Rogers and Constable Joe D. “Jody” Johnson.  We currently have a staff of eight full-time officers, two part-time officers and 21 reserve officers.
