How payments can be made:

1. In Person: We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks, Visa and Mastercard at the office between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except on County holidays.

3. By Phone or Internet: For Full Payment of fines and court costs in Criminal Matters Only we accept Visa and Mastercard payments over the Internet, or by phone at 1-866-549-1010.

When paying by Internet, you must first call the Clerk of the Court at 817-238-4425 for the exact amount to pay and the appropriate reference to enter into the credit card payment screens.

Failure to do this
could result in your payment being returned.

Note:

Credit card payments are charged a 3% convenience fee in addition to the amount payable to the Court.
Phone and Internet transactions will be posted the day after entry.
If there has been a warrant issued for your arrest, it will not be recalled until the day after your payment is posted.
