Summons

I’ve misplaced my summons, what should I do?

 
If you know the date you are to appear, report as summoned with your driver’s license and a new form will be printed for you.  If you do not know the date, then contact the jury room at 817-884-3820; you will be prompted to input your juror number, that messages repeats three times then, you are offered the option to transfer to an operator at that time.
