Tarrant County Public Health will be providing back-to-school immunizations on Saturday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bagsby-Williams Public Health Center in Fort Worth.
The immunizations are $14 for one shot, or $15 for two or more vaccinations (for children up to 18 years old). CHIP and Medicaid will be accepted.
Please be sure to bring your child's immunization records.
