Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)

WIC is a nutrition education program which provides supplemental foods that promote good health for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age five.

Who is eligible?

  • Pregnant women
  • Breastfeeding women
  • Women who have a baby less than six months old, and
  • Families with infants and children up to five years old
  • Who:
    • Live in this county,
    • Are at nutritional risk, and
    • Meet our liberal income guidelines (click here for an income guideline chart)
