Formerly named the International Travel Clinic, Travel Health Services provides the following: These services can be found at any of the following four locations (click on name for more information): Tarrant County Public Health Main Campus Arlington Public Health Center Southlake Travel Health Services Watauga Public Health Center (1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month) Appointments are required at all locations. Office visit and prescription fees apply. Vaccination costs vary according to vaccines required. For more information and appointments, call 817-321-4707. Please fill out this Travel Health Services client form along with the TCIR Authorization for Electronic Exchange/Release of Immunization Information form, and bring them with you to your appointment.
