Fax Filing

The Tarrant County District Clerk's Office is now able to accept document filing by fax. Annual Subscription Fee $60.00 (Pro-rated for remaining months in the calendar year)

  • Required Cover Sheet $ 1.00
  • Each Additional Page $ 0.50
  • Long Distance Charges $ 1.00 per transmission
  • Copy Fees $0.35 per page
