THE COMMISSIONER’S COURT OF TARRANT COUNTY PURSUANT TO SB1685 & GOVERNMENT CODE 51.305 HAS DETERMINED THAT A RECORDS ARCHIVE FEE OF $5.00 IS NEEDED TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE DISTRICT COURT RECORDS.

A $5.00 ARCHIVE FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR THE FILING OF A NEW SUIT, CROSS-ACTION, COUNTERCLAIM, INTERVENTION, CONTEMPT ACTION, MOTION FOR NEW  TRIAL OR THIRD PARTY PETITION.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010, NEW FEES WILL ALSO TAKE PLACE.
