What is redaction? Redaction is the process of removing sensitive information from a document prior to its publication i.e. social security numbers as provided for in House Bill No. 2061 What is the process for having records maintained by the Tarrant County Clerk's office redacted? Redaction requests must be submitted to the County Clerk's Office. A Redaction Request Form must be filled out, notarized and returned to the following address: County Clerk, Tarrant County What information can be redacted?
