Realty records are filed by the staff in this room. All records pertaining to real property must be filed here. A few of these would be Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Plats, Liens on Property, Notices, Cattle Brands, Easements, Cemetery Deeds, Power of Attorney, Oil and Gas Leases, Releases and many other documents that require filing for Public Record.

This area also houses the administrative offices of the County Clerk.
