Obtaining Documents

Copies of Deed Records

Please note that we do not conduct Title Searches, Lien Searches, or Asset Searches. You must request a copy of a specific document. All requests are processed by mail or in person only. We do not accept requests by phone.

The charge for Deed Records are $1.00 per page and $5.00 for certification. If requesting copies by mail, please enclose a cashier's check, money order or business check. Address your request to:

  • Type of document
  • Full name of Grantor
  • Full name of Grantee
  • Approximate recording date
  • Legal description of property
