The home owner rehabilitation program offers a housing repair program to Tarrant County residents living outside the boundaries of the Cities of Fort Worth, Arlington and Grand Prairie. Home Buyer's Assistance Programs
Tarrant County intends to expend 2010 HOME funds to provide housing opportunities to low income residents of Tarrant County through a Sub-Recipient contract with a qualified community based non-profit. Proposed funding requests must be for homebuyer assistance only. All organizations responding to the RFP must submit their funding proposal no later than 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012.

Tarrant County Housing Finance Corporation Mortgage Credit Certificate ("MCC") Program
