The mission of the Child Support Office is to enhance the quality of life for children in Tarrant County by monitoring, collecting and enforcing child support obligations. We care about you and your child, and are actively engaged in the continuous improvement of our processes

If your divorce was finalized on or after October 16, 2000, your case was placed into our Monitoring program. As a part of Monitoring, you acquire many benefits from the Federal IVD program of child support collection, such as the ability to request an administrative review of the child support obligation when there has been a substantial change in circumstances and the enforcement of unpaid child support.
