The "No Refusal" weekend's ultimate goal is to protect the driving public from intoxicated drivers on our road ways, thereby ensuring that the citizens of Tarrant County enjoy a safe holiday weekend. All participants sincerely hope that announcing this effort ahead of-time will serve to deter those individuals who might otherwise ignore the risks connected with driving while intoxicated. The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office and the participating police agencies will use all legal means available to ensure that those who put the public at risk by driving while intoxicated will not be able to hide the evidence of their crime.
