Mission Statement
The Mission of the Tarrant County Precinct 3 Constable's Office is to serve the citizens of Precinct 3 efficiently and professionally, exhibiting integrity, courtesy, fairness and compassion in all interactions with the public. The Constable's primary duty is to serve the Courts of Tarrant County, processing the orders of the courts accurately and expediently.

About Constable Zane Hilger
Constable Zane Hilger proudly serves the Citizens of Precinct 3. He has effectively and efficiently served the citizens of Tarrant County Precinct 3 since his initial election in November 1986 and is in his fifth term in office.

Under his direction the Precinct 3 Constable's Office has implemented professional Civil Process Standards throughout Tarrant County. Presently, Precinct 3 serves as the Tarrant County Writs of Execution hub specializing in Tax Delinquent and Real Property Process.

Constable Hilger is active in State and Local Justice of the Peace and Constable Associations and currently serves as Vice President of the Texas Justice of the Peace and Constable Association. He has been involved in the implementation of statewide Civil Process Training Standards and Procedures and is constantly striving to improve the professionalism of Constables not only in Precinct 3 but through out Texas.
